Working with me
Starting therapy is a personal and often courageous decision. I offer relational Gestalt psychotherapy in a safe and supportive space, either in person at my York practice or online across the UK. My way of working is trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in authentic relationship, helping you to explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity.
My Approach
Gestalt therapy focuses on awareness, relationship and growth. In our sessions, I pay attention not just to what you bring but how we meet each other in the moment. This way of working can:
Support you in exploring relationships, anxiety, and patterns that no longer serve you.
Help you build resilience, self-acceptance, and a stronger sense of self.
Create space for healing from relationship breakdowns, grief, or overwhelming life experiences.
Encourage authentic connection - with yourself and with others.
Each session is guided by what feels most alive and important for you.
Is This Right for You?
People come to me for many reasons including:
Anxiety, stress or burnout
Relationship difficulties or break-ups
Overwhelming experiences
Feelings of disconnection, low self-worth, or being “stuck”
Existential crisis
A desire for spiritual growth and authentic connection
A desire to experience more joy
Whether you’re struggling with something specific or simply want to understand yourself more deeply, Relational Gestalt Psychotherapy can offer support and clarity.
